A realistic plan for the experiences John wants to share with Addie and Kit—fitted around live commitments and a protected 14:00–17:00 work block wherever the fixed trip permits.

New operating rule

Protect the work block—and show the exceptions.

Friday preserves the full 14:00–17:00 block. Monday now ends work at 16:30 for the confirmed Blauw reservation. Tuesday shifts work later because Fun Forest’s live booking widget starts the normal three-hour climb at 12:00. Monday is also available for Fun Forest, but Anne Frank House at 10:00 makes that transfer and lunch needlessly compressed. Wednesday’s confirmed day trip and Thursday’s workshop-plus-NEMO are explicit exceptions.

Blauw confirmed: Restaurant Blauw Amsterdam is booked for five at 17:00 on Monday 17 August. John has approved ending work at 16:30 for transfer.
